HONEYMOON STAGE

This blog is for anyone in a NEW RELATIONSHIP!!! I will be speaking generally of course but it's safe to say the HONEYMOON STAGE is sooooooo OVER!!!

Relationships are different for everyone but there is one thing they all have in common; the honeymoon stage. It's easily recognizable by the polite nature in which each person in the relationship acts toward each other. Oh you know; No burping, Always fresh breath, You love everything about each other, Always considerate of the other person's feelings...etc. Blah Blah Blah. Well I'll tell you what it does NOT last long.

I'm not quite sure what to call this next stage. The best way I can think to describe it is AND THE TRUTH COMES OUT!!! Those things that made them unique or fun or exciting, start to become hindering features about their personality. What is up with that??? Is it so much to ask for the person you fell in love with could be as amazing as you think they are in YOUR MIND!!! I am not saying that you are perfect, or that some of your qualities have not changed after the HONEYMOON STAGE.

I guess it is best that these traits come out early. There is always the possibility of fixing them or waiting for the INEVITABLE. Although the alternative is not very appealing it's better to have let go early then drag each other through the mud. So the moral to this LITTLE STORY is either love them for who they are or let them be.
